Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Refund will be made in the form of original payment within two weeks of receiving the goods back in our warehouse. Any orders under $100 will be subject to a $7.00 restocking fee which we be deducted from the refund. VIP gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

The shipping cost for items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. Ground shipping packages are shipped thru UPS with order tracking. You will be able to select your preferred shipping method and view shipping charges before order is placed. At this time, we ship to anywhere in the United States. Orders are shipped with insurance. Orders are normally processed within 2 weeks of receiving the order. The shipping time will depend on the shipping method you have selected. You will be able to track your order thru our website.

Cowgirl Coffee will only track our dealer's back-orders when you select "Track My Back-orders" during the checkout process. When the back-ordered item is available, we will contact you via email or phone to verify that your item is still needed and see if there is anything else you need added to that order.
